三司達企業乃是由創辦人周木松先生 (台灣新竹人) 與其日本友人湯淺先生於1935 年在日本大阪設立, 專業製造自行車與牙膏,產品行銷全日本. 二次世界大戰後更是日本首先外銷自行車的公司. 並且成功的在日本股票上市. 而後隨著業務的擴展於1960年在台設立分公司, 迄今台灣公司已有逾46年的歷史. 隨著自行車生產基地的變遷, 三司達逐漸的由自行車裝配廠演變成為自行車零件專業的行銷公司, 代理多項世界知名品牌在台的販售, 並將台灣許多一流的自行車及零配件行銷至世界各地. 近年來在現任董事長周邦秋先生的領導下, 業務蒸蒸日上, 不斷的成長, 並在中國大陸設立了分公司, 同時也跨足釣魚用具的行銷.

Sunstar was founded by Mr. Mu-Sung Chou (originated from Hsin-Chu, Taiwan) with his friend Mr. Yuasa in 1935 in Osaka, Japan. Specialized in producing bicycles and toothpaste and selling its products throughout Japan. It is the first company that export complete bicycle to overseas after World War II. And now it is a public listed company in Japan. Due to the necessity of business expansion, Taiwan branch office was established in 1960 that is over 46 years of history until now.

Following the global bicycle production base change, Sunstar gradually modify its role from complete bike assembler to a marketing company who specialized in complete bike, parts and accessories. Distributing numbers of world leading brands of bicycles and parts in Taiwan. In the meantime, export many of the Taiwan best quality bicycles and parts to all over the world. Recently, under the outstanding leadership of current president Mr. Peter Chou, the business is growing rapidly. Not only established branch offices in China but also start selling fishing products both in Taiwan and China.
